pkaz supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees on pkaz.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your pkaz account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.
Deposits are credited to your pkaz account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with support. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Player funds deposited into a pkaz account are held separately from operational funds. Your balance is always shown in real-time in your account dashboard and reflects all completed deposits, winnings and deductions accurately.
pkaz offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.
Most bonuses on pkaz come with a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before it can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Bets placed in different game categories may contribute different percentages towards wagering completion.

In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected events. Bets on in-play markets are subject to a short acceptance delay. pkaz reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Any bet placed after an event has concluded, or after a specific outcome has occurred, will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
Live casino games on pkaz – including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and game shows – are operated by third-party game providers and broadcast in real time. The rules for each live casino game are explained within the game interface before play begins. pkaz is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that affect live casino session outcomes.

If you believe a transaction, game result or account action is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with pkaz support within 30 days of the event in question.
