Account & Registration

Account Questions

Creating an account on PKAZ is straightforward. Head to the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a username and set a strong password. You will receive a one-time verification code on your phone — enter that code to confirm your number, and your account is ready. The whole process takes under two minutes. Make sure you are at least 18 years old before registering, as PKAZ is strictly for adults.

Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter the mobile number registered to your account and you will receive a reset code by SMS. Enter the code on screen, set a new password and log straight back in. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact our support team through the in-app chat for manual verification.

No. Each player is allowed only one active account on PKAZ. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and can result in all linked accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited. If you think you may have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support to have the extra account closed properly.

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile or Account Settings section. Most basic details — such as your display name and communication preferences — can be updated directly. For changes to your registered mobile number or CNIC-linked details, you will need to verify your identity first. Contact support if you cannot locate the relevant setting.

Deposit Questions

PKAZ supports a range of payment methods popular across Pakistan. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR, so there is no currency conversion involved. Head to the Deposit page to see the full list and choose the method that works best for you.

The minimum deposit on PKAZ varies slightly by payment method, but generally starts from a low amount in PKR to make the platform accessible for all types of players. Check the Deposit page for the exact minimum for your preferred method. There is no upper limit on deposits, though very large transactions may require additional verification for security purposes.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant — your balance updates within seconds of completing the transaction. Raast and bank transfers may take a few minutes to a few hours depending on your bank. If your deposit has not reflected after two hours, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and contact support with the reference number.

First, check whether the amount was deducted from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. If it was deducted but your PKAZ balance has not updated, do not attempt the deposit again — contact our support team and share the transaction ID or screenshot. If the amount was not deducted, the transaction simply did not go through and you can safely try again.

PKAZ covers a wide range of sports with a strong focus on what matters most to Pakistan players. Cricket is at the centre — you can bet on PSL matches, T20 internationals, Test series and domestic tournaments. Football, tennis, basketball and esports are also available. PKAZ displays odds in decimal format by default. To calculate your potential payout, simply multiply your stake by the odds shown. For example, if you bet PKR 1,000 on a team with odds of 2.50, your total return would be PKR 2,500 — meaning a profit of PKR 1,500. The higher the odds, the less likely the outcome is considered, but the bigger the potential win. Live odds update in real time during matches.

Yes. PKAZ offers live in-play betting on cricket and selected other sports. Once a match has started, you can continue placing bets on available markets — such as who will win the next over, total runs in an innings, or the match winner. Keep in mind that live odds move quickly, especially during cricket matches, so act promptly when you see a line you want.
Withdrawals

Withdrawal Questions

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section, choose your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are processed in PKR directly to your registered payment account. Make sure the receiving account is in your name to avoid delays in processing.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without any update, contact support and provide your withdrawal reference number for a status check.

A withdrawal may be placed on hold for several reasons:
  • Your account verification is incomplete — PKAZ may require identity confirmation before releasing larger amounts.
  • An active bonus has wagering requirements that have not yet been met.
  • The receiving payment account name does not match the name on your PKAZ profile.
  • Our security team has flagged the transaction for a routine review.

Bonus Questions

New players on PKAZ can claim a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus is credited to your account automatically once the qualifying deposit clears. Check the promotions section inside your account after registering to see the current offer and any minimum deposit requirements that apply. Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet your bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling PKR 5,000 using bonus funds before those winnings become withdrawable. Each promotion has its own terms, so always read the specific conditions that apply.

Yes. App & Technical Questions

Visit the Download page or the App section on PKAZ and follow the instructions for Android. Since the PKAZ app is distributed directly rather than through the Play Store, you will need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone's security settings. The process takes under a minute. Once installed, log in with your existing credentials or register a new account directly in the app.

Try the following steps in order:
  • Check your internet connection — switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi to see if the issue is network-related.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, or clear the app cache from your phone's app settings.
  • Force close the app and reopen it, or try refreshing the page in your browser.
  • Make sure your app is updated to the latest version — old versions may stop working after updates.
  • If none of the above work, contact support and describe the error or share a screenshot.
